Al Huda Strength and Conditioning have a vast experience of Neuro Diversity, primarily Autism and ADHD.
Our lead Trainer having been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, subsequently studied Neuro Diversity whilst volunteering his time to young people who are on the spectrum.
We feel that physical activity can often alleviate the obstacles faced by Autistic people and those with ADHD.
